As an employer running a payroll, there are a number of duties you need to fulfil in order to ensure you’re complying with HMRC regulations. This includes:

  • Reporting to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) on the previous tax year (this ends on 5 April 2023)
  • Giving your employees a P60
  • Preparing for the new tax year, which starts on 6 April 2023
